OUI combines women-led technical leadership, production training and locally maintainable equipment inside a working beauty manufacturing facility. Women Who Formulate is the next extension of that work and remains in development.

Women-led technical leadership

OUI Life is owned and led by Dinma Obidiebube, who also leads formulation. Technical authority and company leadership sit together.

Skills inside the facility

Production staff are trained within OUI's operating system — raw-material handling, equipment practice, batch records, hygiene and documented production.

Manufacturing closer to market

OUI's Lagos facility gives owned and partner brands access to formulation and production closer to the consumers they serve.

Locally commissioned capability

Selected production equipment was fabricated by Nigerian specialist contractors to OUI's specification, creating maintainable capacity around the actual products and batch sizes the company makes.

02 — Programme

Women Who Formulate.

Women Who Formulate is OUI Life's developing practical programme for women who want to enter cosmetic formulation and manufacturing.

Its curriculum is being built around formula development, raw-material handling, batch discipline, production records and regulatory documentation inside a working facility. The first community session is being planned.

Cohort, graduate and outcome figures will be published only after the programme has run.
